Progressive Die

Established in 2004 NX Tool Design is a full service design company providing 2D and 3D designs for the sheet metal stamping industry. We specialize in the design of progressive, transfer and single station stamping dies. We also provide designs for prototype tooling, gages, jigs, weld fixtures, and assembly machinery. Our experience includes working in the automotive, appliance, military and heavy equipment industries. Working closely with our customers we will design to our customers standards, while providing support and consulting during the design process.

Prior to starting NX Tool Design, the owner had worked as a tool and die maker since 1986. His design experience goes back to 1995. The owner has spent his entire career in the tool & die industry. This background brings the hands on experience of building and troubleshooting tools to the design process. Coupling his experience and the use of the most powerful CAD software available, Unigraphics, NXTD can provide innovative, easy to construct, easy to maintain designs.

Today’s economy dictates leaner tooling budgets and shorter lead times. NXTD will meet our customers expectations for accurate, cost effective tool designs on a timely basis and within budget.
